Source: The obituary is from a collection by Fauniel Hershberger, saved the 1950's, 60's and 70's. She was a life long resident of Fountain County Indiana.  The collection is now housed at Crawfordsville District Public Library.

Formerly a resident of this city, Arnold Humble, 50, son of Mrs. Ricka Humble of Danville, died Wednesday, Mar. 19, 1941, at his home in North Terre Haute, Ind. Mr. Humble was formerly employed here at Pearson-Hollowell Walnut Lumber Company until he was transferred to Lawrenceburg, Ind., several years ago. Son of William and Ricka Humble, he was born Dec. 25, 1890 in Warren County, Ind. In addition to his mother and wife, he is survived by five children: Mrs. Dorothy Agen, Brazil, Ind.; Mrs. Florence Phillips, Erie, Pa.; Howard, Kewanee, Ill., and William and Robert Humble, both of Lawrenceburg, Ind.; two sisters, Mrs. Elsie Campbell and Mrs. Arthur Taylor, both of Danville, and three brothers, H. C. Humble, Chrisman, Ill., Otto Humble, Indianapolis, and Louis Humble, Danville, also survive. A former wife preceded him in death about three years ago and his father died about two years ago. Funeral services will be at 2 p. m. Friday at Baptist Church in North Terre Haute, the Rev. Mr. Altman officiating. Arrangements are in charge of Thomas Funeral Home.  --typed by Walt W
